The V7 3-Axis CNC Milling Machine
The V7 Benchtop CNC Mill is purpose built for both precision and high torque milling operations. The Menig Automation S30 Spindle utilizes an air actuated ISO30 Tapered Toolholder System. This allows the user to easily swap toolholders with a press of a button! With a taper run-out of < .005mm (.0002″) and 3Hp for torque, the S30 is more than capable of a wide range of applications, capable of both micro-machining and operations requiring heavier material removal.
The V7 is effective in machining many different materials like: delrin, peak, acrylic, aluminum, copper, brass, aluminum, iron and steel.
Our MotusCNC control software accepts industry standard FANUC G-code.
The V7 CNC mill is delivered as a turn key solution! Only single phase 230VAC (optional 110VAC) power and compressed air is required for facility installation.
This mill comes standard with the ability to support our RT4 4th Axis.
